Austin has 16+ years’ experience leading loyalty industry teams across a variety of functional disciplines.  He has facilitated the launch of rewards platforms for Top 5 US financial institutions, employee incentive programs, as well as Candian and international market programs.  Prior to Bakkt, Austin spent many years in Management Consulting, Telco Technology, and Compliance industries. At Bakkt, Austin is responsible for Product, Technology and Data Services.
