What funding options are available in Bakkt® Access?

Bakkt® Access supports transactions via ACH linked bank accounts and linked debit cards. ACH transactions have no fee and take up to 5 days to process. Most banks are supported (view a list of banks that are not supported here). Debit card linked transactions are near-instant and have a fee of $0.25 per withdrawal. Withdrawals to your debit card should take approximately 30 minutes.

What happened to my Bakkt Visa® Debit Card? 

Bakkt Visa® Debit Cards began declining new transactions starting March 16, 2023. Any transactions authorized before your card was deactivated will still be able to be completed within 30 days of card deactivation. Changes to your card will not impact your Bakkt Wallet, and your funds are accessible in your account through Bakkt® Access. Deactivating a Bakkt Visa® Debit Card had no impact to your credit.

How can I access my gift cards purchased in the Bakkt App? 

You are not able to access gift cards in Bakkt Access. For help with your gift cards, including Bakkt Cash gift cards, please contact our Customer Care team at help@bakkt.com.
